Who needs ground beef when you can have Pecan Meat?

This is what I use for all of my dishes that require ground beef and it’s so flavorful and easy and full of nutrients and minerals that our hair follicles , skin cells, and body needs!


*Take 1 Cup of Unsalted and not roasted but just Raw Pecans and add them to boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes just to soften them up!

(I boil mine in Veggies Broth instead of water to give it more flavor)


*Then drain your Pecans and add them to a food processor along with 1 Cup of Baby Bella Mushrooms, a few slices of onions and bell peppers , add your favorite seasonings and pulse it a few times until everything blends really well and that’s it!


Then add your mixture to a skillet with oil just to sauté it for a few minutes and then add it to your favorite dish like spaghetti, lasagna, etc.


*IF YOU ARE USING IT FOR BURGERS, MEATBALLS, OR ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES IT TO HOLD TOGETHER, JUST ADD 6 TABLESPOONS OF JUST EGG (VEGAN EGG WHICH IS EQUIVALENT TO TWO REGULAR EGGS ALONG WITH 1/2 CUP OF PLAIN BREAD CRUMBS AND THIS WILL BE YOUR BINDER TO KEEP EVERYTHING TOGETHER & NOT FALL APART!


JUST ADD IT TO YOUR MIXTURE IN YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR!
