Vegan Spinach & Artichoke Dip
This is one of my favorite snacks with some Tortilla Chips or Pita Chips! It’s very easy to make and all you need is a few ingredients! Ingredients: 2 bags of frozen spinach (10 to 12 oz per bag) 2 packs of Violife Cream Cheese 1 can of Artichokes 1 cup of Violife Parmesan Cheese A little Plant Based Butter for sauté Saute’ the Spinach (in plant based butter and add a little Sea Salt or your seasonings of choice Then in a bowl mix everything together In a glass dish or a cass
