Vegan Caesar Dressing

1 cup raw (meaning unsalted) cashews
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of capers
2 cloves of Garlic
1 tablespoon of Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper
3/4 cup of water (or a little more if it's too thick)
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
First soak the cashews in a mason jar and pour in hot boiling water and fill the jar to cover the cashews and put a lid on.
You want them soft so about 1 or 2 hours will do it!
Then place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy and enjoy!
The dressing can last up to 5 days in the refrigerator!
